NestBeat is a kitchen and household planning application that uses an AI-based agent (“Vicki”) to help families plan meals, manage groceries, and coordinate with cooks. NestBeat may facilitate orders through third-party quick commerce delivery partners, and may expand to other household-logistics areas over time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older and, where you add family members under 18, that you are their parent or lawful guardian, consenting on their behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: misuse the Service in a way that could harm NestBeat or others; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's operation; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or impersonate another person or household member without authorisation.
6. AI-Generated Suggestions
Vicki's meal plans, recommendations, and inferences are generated to assist your decisions, not replace your judgment. They are not medical, dietary, or nutritional advice. Please consult a qualified professional for any health, allergy, or medical decisions. NestBeat is not liable for outcomes arising from reliance on AI-generated suggestions.
7. Third-Party Services
Orders placed through quick commerce or other third-party partners are subject to those partners' own terms and policies. NestBeat is not responsible for the fulfilment, quality, pricing, or delivery of third-party orders.
8. Fees
NestBeat is currently offered free during its early-access period. We may introduce paid plans or premium features in the future, with advance notice before any charges apply.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology associated with NestBeat — excluding your own family and account data — remain the property of NestBeat.ai. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our technology or branding without permission.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will always be accurate.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NestBeat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
