✦ how vicki works ✦

Your family's chief of staff. Minus the staff.

One that learns about your family, thinks ahead, and actually gets things done.

Learns & remembers

Preferences, routines, allergies, who won't touch paneer — Vicki builds a living picture of your family, and never asks twice.

Thinks ahead

Not waiting for a command — Vicki connects the dots across your week and surfaces the right thing at the right time.

Adapts as life shifts

Your week never goes to plan, and Vicki doesn't expect it to. It re-plans around whatever today actually looks like.

Gets it done

Goes beyond reminders. Groceries ordered, the cook briefed, appointments booked. You approve; the rest is handled.

↻ The more your family uses Vicki, the sharper it gets — your quirks, your rhythms, your people.

✦ sound familiar? ✦

The difference Vicki makes.

The tasks don't disappear — but who's drowning in them does. Same week, two realities.

😣 It all lives in your head — usually at 6pm, after work.

✦ good to know ✦

Frequently asked questions.

How does Vicki work?
You tell Vicki about your family once — preferences, routines, the people, what matters to each of you. From there Vicki learns how your household actually runs, thinks a few steps ahead, and re-plans on the fly when the week changes (it always does). It all becomes a plan you can just approve — say yes, and Vicki does the running around. Today that's your kitchen — meal plans, groceries, a brief for your cook — with more of family life on the way.
Is my family's data private?
Yes. Your family's data is yours — never sold, never used for advertising. NestBeat runs on enterprise-grade infrastructure (including Anthropic and Google), none of whom train on your data. You can see exactly what's stored about your family, and correct or delete any of it, anytime. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Can I use this with my whole family?
That's the whole point. Invite anyone in your household by phone number — everyone sees the same plan, so nobody's texting to ask what's for dinner.
How do I get the app?
NestBeat isn't on the app stores yet — Vicki's in the kitchen with a small group of early families. and you'll be among the first to get the download link.
What does it cost?
Free, for now. NestBeat is in early access, so there's no cost to join or use new features as they roll out. When paid plans launch, you'll hear about it well before anything changes for you.
